Friendly staff, central location near taxi station and city center. Fast service, delicious and varied breakfast. Large rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended, stayed here multiple times.

Very central and comfortable with a king size bed and extra child bed for free. On a deal this was an ideal place ro explore Ceuta.

The pool was closed. Bath tub a little small. Careful of the breakfast charge.

Easy access to the centre of Town and port. Walking distance to caffee bar just across the hotel. Would strongly recommmend this hotel to anyone travellling to ceuta.

Hair dryer not strong enough and the towels need to be changed to new ones as the exsisting ones look old and tarty.

This place is fantastic, it has a modern feel and offers a nice view of the street, the location is superb, close to markets, cafes.

I chose Hotel Puerta De Africa to visit the Cathedral of St Mary of the Assumption, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities and amenities. The free WiFi throughout the property was a great addition, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. I also enjoyed the lobby bar and café-bar, where I could relax and indulge in some regional cuisine at the on-site restaurant.

This is my second time staying at Puerta De Africa, and unfortunately, this time there were some issues with my reservation. The staff failed to process my request for an extra bed, which I had paid for in advance.

Location and the price. The room was also nice although missing items.

On Arrival to hotel the receptionist was very rude and we got our room at 1500 hrs only. In the room there was one bath towel missing, no hotel info booklet about telephone numbers, services etc. On 2nd day when we came back from the city our key card did not work so I had return to reception where there was working the same rude lady. I said the card does not work and she asked for the card and my room number and coded it again. I went up and tried the card and still it was not working! Back to reception to the rude lady and she said she coded it with wrong room number! I repeated my room number and then finally the card was working.

Nice hotel in general, well located, has a garage and friendly staff.

Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of the bustling tourist area, making it easy to explore the city's shopping opportunities, delightful restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. It's like being in the center of a lively amusement park!

Limited Parking Space.

Breakfast sélection is not sensitive to muslim. Garage paint is coming off everywhere.

Fairly clean hotel in a NICE building so close to all the restaurants and shops, and Morocco. Fab marvellous location, near all the markets cafe restaurant etc access facility. Again, walking distance to House of the Dragons. Nice staff, new-fashioned and fine room in good condition.

Comfortable stay in a room that was easy to access with a double bed and a tub - it suited my needs perfectly! 🛁

Conveniently located just a 10-15 minute stroll away from Playa de la Ribera Beach. 🏖️ Also, you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for easy dining options.
